By accessing and using KazyKards, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access KazyKards for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes:

  • Creating and managing study materials
  • Using our spaced repetition algorithms
  • Accessing visual markers and dual-encoding features
  • Tracking your learning progress

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your account password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create on our platform. However, you agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
  • Use our service for any illegal activities

Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are available within 30 days
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Update our platform and features
  • Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will cease
  • You can export your data within 30 days
  • We will delete your data after the grace period

Limitation of Liability

KazyKards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
